This years theme was ‘It’s Christmas’.
For Hand on Heart we chose :
A Gift for Christmas
Christmas is a time for families, of children being happy and for everyone enjoying the turkey dinner and not having to worry about anyone’s health.
Hand on Heart have been busy giving young parents the gift of a defibrillator who have children that deal with heart conditions that could mean their child could suffer from a sudden cardiac arrest.
Having a defibrillator in their home will offer peace of mind, reassurance and a lifesaving device that could help save a child’s life at this festive time.
