So pleased that one of the Hand on Heart’s defibrillators placed in a primary school in Sussex has saved a life.
Emma – Hand on Heart’s Training Development Coordinator took the call and heard the following on answering ” Emma – We had to use our AED this week! What a great lifesaving piece of equipment, it certainly saved that persons life having an AED in our school” .
Feedback from staff is a that a visitor called at the school and then suffered a cardiac arrest. It was the prompt actions of the staff, that saved the gentleman’s life and he is now happily recovering in hospital.
We are delighted to hear such news.
Defibs can and certainly DO save lives!
