Hand on Heart are pleased to support the schools of Stockport. There are 84 primary schools and 9 special schools of which 32 schools still need lifesaving equipment as part of the school’s first aid kit. With grant and funding support the Hand on Heart team are busy helping more schools to become heart safe.
